Our Mission
The mission of Pacifica Community Television and Technology is to ensure that people have access to and use of electronic media by promoting effective community
uses of such media.
PCT is committed to assuring everyone's
access to electronic media. We believe that an informed and interconnected community is a healthy community. We advance
this principal through training, creating access to technology and giving people a forum ( i.e. Cable channel 26,
www.pct26.com and other outlets). As a P.E.G. station, our mission involves giving access to the Public, the Educational system and to the local Government.
Public education, coalition building and
grassroots organizing. to advance media democracy
are cornerstones to our mission and purpose.

Our company is governed by a board of directors who take feduciary and organizational stuardship role in ensuring PCT
lives up to its mission and purpose. The board is made up of community producers, business, cultural and civic leaders
as well as concerned citizens.
